  • Develop, own, and execute the overall digital marketing strategy
  • Manage budget allocation and track ROI across channels
  • Drive lead generation campaigns to meet sales pipeline goals
  • Optimize marketing funnels for better conversions and lower CPL
  • Manage internal teams and external agencies/resources
  • Ensure consistent brand presence across digital platforms
  • Collaborate with Sales & Product teams to align campaigns with business goals

What Makes You a Fit

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing with proven success in B2B/B2C lead generation
  • Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO/SEM, and marketing automation tools
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in funnel optimization and performance tracking
  • Experience managing budgets and reporting on ROI
  • Excellent communication and team management skills
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to execute tactically
