The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management, a passion for customer service, and the ability to manage a team effectively. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth functioning Supervise, train, and manage restaurant staff Maintain high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness Handle customer complaints and ensure guest satisfaction Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control Monitor staff performance and schedule shifts efficiently Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Prepare sales reports and assist with budgeting Requirements: 3 to 6 years of experience in restaurant management Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to multitask and work under pressure Good knowledge of restaurant operations and customer service Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills is a plus Perks & Benefits: Monthly salary of ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 Free food and accommodation Opportunity to grow with a reputable restaurant
