Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Team Lead – Sales to oversee and manage the sales operations at our Vadakara branch. The role involves guiding a team of sales executives, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve individual and team targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the Vadakara region.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular training and feedback.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to business growth.
- Coordinate with management to align sales activities with organizational goals.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and ethical sales practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 1–3 years of proven experience in sales, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and prepare reports.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Local market knowledge of Vadakara and nearby regions is an added advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month
