Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Team Lead – Sales to oversee and manage the sales operations at our Vadakara branch. The role involves guiding a team of sales executives, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the Vadakara region.
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular training and feedback.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to business growth.
  • Coordinate with management to align sales activities with organizational goals.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and ethical sales practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 1–3 years of proven experience in sales, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and prepare reports.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Local market knowledge of Vadakara and nearby regions is an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month
