Position Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Maintenance Executive / Sr. Executive to oversee and manage the maintenance activities across our plant. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical/electrical background, hands-on experience in preventive and breakdown maintenance, and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless production operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, schedule, and execute preventive maintenance of machinery and utilities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical/electrical equipment breakdowns.
  • Maintain records of maintenance activities, spare parts inventory, and equipment history.
  • Collaborate with production and quality departments to minimize downtime.
  • Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and statutory requirements.
  • Liaise with external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance or service needs.
  • Implement improvements to enhance equipment efficiency and reduce energy consumption.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • 3-7 years of relevant experience in plant maintenance (preferably in food, pharma, or allied industries).
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, utilities, and manufacturing machinery.
  • Familiarity with CMMS or other maintenance management systems is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good knowlege in handling AHU units
  • Ground level assist for workers if needed.
