Key Responsibilitie

Capex Purchase Order Management & Invoice Review and Approval

  1. Review all capital expenditure (Capex) purchase orders (POs) and obtain necessary approvals from designated authorities.
  2. Review and approve all infrastructure-related capex invoices prior to payment processing.

Capex Spend Tracking

  1. Maintain a comprehensive database of all infrastructure-related capex expenditures versus budget.
  2. Track actual spends, paid invoices, outstanding payments, and retention amounts.

Bank Guarantee Monitoring

  1. Track and manage all bank guarantees obtained from infrastructure vendors.

Agreement Review

  1. Review all infrastructure agreements, including those with General Contractors (GC), Project Management Consultants (PMC), and Design & Build (D&B) partners.
  2. Review leasing agreements (new and renewals).
  3. Analyze capex versus leasing feasibility for new real estate spaces.

Infra Vendor Financial Evaluation

  1. Conduct financial checks on infrastructure vendors during onboarding.
  2. Provide financial ratings for vendors as per internal policies.

Capitalization & Audit Support

  1. Provide capitalization details to shared services teams.
  2. Ensure closure of audits related to capital expenditure and infrastructure projects.

Management Information System (MIS) Reporting

  1. Release MIS reports showing the status of all ongoing infrastructure projects.
  2. Provide early warning indicators for potential risks or overruns.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in real estate financial management or infrastructure project finance.
  • Strong understanding of capex budgeting, vendor management, and real estate agreements.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
