We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Process Coordinator to oversee and support the execution, improvement, and documentation of internal processes. The ideal candidate will coordinate cross-functional activities, ensure process compliance, and help identify opportunities for operational efficiency and standardization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage the execution of daily workflows and business processes.
  • Ensure adherence to process standards and company policies across teams.
  • Collaborate with department heads and team members to ensure process alignment and effectiveness.
  • Document maintain and update process-related materials and workflows.
  • Assist in identifying process bottlenecks and recommend improvements using data-driven insights.
  • Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to process efficiency and quality.
  • Facilitate communication between teams to support seamless process execution.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience (1–3 years) in a process coordination, operations.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical thinking with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
