
Process Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Process Coordinator to oversee and support the execution, improvement, and documentation of internal processes. The ideal candidate will coordinate cross-functional activities, ensure process compliance, and help identify opportunities for operational efficiency and standardization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage the execution of daily workflows and business processes.
- Ensure adherence to process standards and company policies across teams.
- Collaborate with department heads and team members to ensure process alignment and effectiveness.
- Document maintain and update process-related materials and workflows.
- Assist in identifying process bottlenecks and recommend improvements using data-driven insights.
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to process efficiency and quality.
- Facilitate communication between teams to support seamless process execution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience (1–3 years) in a process coordination, operations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical thinking with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
