The Sr. Full Stack Developer must be able to design the solution, communicate the design to

internal and external customers for approval, implement, and maintain the solution moving

forward with little supervision while driving the project to get completed and reporting on the

progress along the way. This position requires working in an Agile software development

environment

Key Responsibilities


• Analyze, design, develop and implementation of software solutions for healthcare industry

using ReactJS, Java, J2EE, JavaScript, Spring, Hibernate, MySQL, Servlet, JDK, Windows,

UNIX, HTML, CSS, Webservices, etc.


• Handle complex problems independently and demonstrates analytical thinking. Must be

able to make judgements and recommendations based on the analysis and interpretation.


• Define and design application tiers; review, implement systems frameworks for security

validation


• Participate in Agile ceremonies (Backlog Refinement, Sprint planning etc.)


• Provide guidance to other resources and mentor new resources as needed


• Assign work to other team members as needed and review completed assignments.


• Designed and implemented AI agentic tools to automate multi-step decision workflows by

integrating LLMs with external systems and contextual memory

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities


• 7+ years of experience in enterprise Java development


• 3+ years of experience in healthcare industry is preferred but not required


• Knowledge of reading/writing shell scripts, scheduling tools (Skybot, CRON, ETC) is

preferred


• Must have experience with ReactJS and source control systems like GitHub.


• Experience and ability to work in a constantly changing, fast paced, deadline driven

environment.


• Previous experience with AWS is a plus

Education/Certification


• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field required. Master's degree in

Computer Science or related field is preferred.
