 services, and we're looking for an ambitious 
Business Development Executive
 to join our remote team. This is a ground-floor opportunity perfect for a self-starter who excels at finding and closing deals.

What You'll Do

As a Business Development Executive, you will be the driving force behind our sales efforts. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Lead Generation:
     Proactively research and identify new business opportunities and potential clients across various industries who could benefit from our branding, development, and design services.
  • Outreach and Engagement:
     Initiate contact with prospects through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other channels to introduce our value proposition.
  • Sales Cycle Management:
     Manage the entire sales pipeline from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing the deal.
  • Client Consultation:
     Understand client needs deeply, and effectively articulate how our suite of services can solve their challenges and achieve their business goals.
  • Collaboration:
     Work closely with our service delivery team to ensure a seamless transition of newly acquired clients.
  • Goal Achievement:
     Meet and exceed ambitious sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related client-facing role is a plus, but not required—we value drive and potential.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • A strong hunter mentality—you are tenacious, self-motivated, and not afraid of rejection.
  • Comfortable working independently in a 
    remote (Work From Home)
     setting.
  • Familiarity with or a strong interest in the digital services space (branding, web development, graphic design).
  • A resourceful and adaptable mindset essential for thriving in a 
    startup environment

Compensation & Growth

This role is initially 
100% Incentive-Based
