Hiring for Senior Engineer (Network Security) - IMMEDIATE JOINING

Shift Timing: US Shift (5:30 PM 3:00 AM IST)

Work Mode: Remote (candidate must visit office as required)

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Engineer Network Security to join the Cyber & Information Security team. The role involves hands-on work in network security, system security architecture, and security automation, contributing directly to strengthening the organizations cyber defense.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams and business units, acting as a subject matter expert in identifying, mitigating, and responding to cyber risks and threats through adoption of relevant security baselines and frameworks.

  • Information Security 56 years
  • Risk Management Frameworks (NIST, MITRE ATT&CK) 56 years
  • Network Security Concepts (LAN/WAN, internetworking) – 5–6 years
  • Firewall Management (rule reviews, IDS/IPS systems) – 5–6 years
  • Secure Web Gateway (cloud-hosted SWG implementation & tuning) – 5–6 years
  • Data Loss Prevention (DLP) – 5–6 years
  • Network Detection & Response (NDR) – 5–6 years
  • Threat Analysis & Remediation – 5–6 years
  • Cloud Security Controls (on-prem + cloud workloads) – 5–6 years
  • Scripting Knowledge (Python, BASH, PowerShell) – 5–6 years

Preferred / Nice to Have:

  • Experience with WireShark, TCPDUMP, and packet trace analysis tools.
  • Familiarity with NYDFS, SOX, PCI, or other compliance standards.
  • Experience in Perl, C/C++, C#, or Java scripting.
  • Penetration Testing exposure is a plus.
  • Information Security Certifications (CISSP, CEH, CISM, etc.) preferred

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and enhance the Cyber & Information Security Program aligned with corporate objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement Information Security policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Ensure secure networking practices across LAN/WAN and internetworking environments.
  • Manage and maintain Firewall, IDS/IPS, and Network Detection & Response (NDR) platforms.
  • Implement and tune Secure Web Gateways (SWG) for secure cloud and on-prem access.
  • Design, develop, and maintain Data Loss Prevention (DLP) controls and policies.
  • Coordinate Firewall rule reviews and remediation actions.
  • Perform Threat Analysis, identify vulnerabilities, and support remediation efforts.
  • Apply Risk Management Frameworks (NIST, MITRE ATT&CK) in ongoing operations.
  • Implement Cloud Security Controls across hybrid environments.
  • Collaborate with teams on policy documentation, compliance, and continuous improvement.
  • Stay current with emerging security trends, technologies, and threat vectors.
