What You'll work on:

  • Create brand-aligned illustrations, iconography, infographics, and campaign visuals for web, social, sales, and internal communications.
  • Design print collateral: brochures, flyers, event kits, reports, packaging, and environmental graphics; manage pre-press and vendor handoff.
  • Produce corporate assets: brand guidelines, pitch decks, case studies, datasheets, letterheads, email templates, and presentation systems.
  • Develop digital marketing creatives: banners, ads, landing graphics, and social templates optimized per platform specs.
  • Collaborate with marketing and comms on campaign concepts; maintain brand consistency across all channels.
  • Work on UI/UX assets in collaboration with the design and development teams when required.
  • Own asset libraries, file hygiene, and production-ready exports across formats and color profiles (RGB/CMYK/Spot)
  • Optional: Design simple motion graphics and short animations for product explainers, reels, event screens, and ad creatives.

What We're Looking For:

  • 3–5 years of experience in graphic/visual communications in a corporate or agency setup; strong portfolio across illustration, print, and brand assets.
  • Expert in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), Canva; working knowledge of Figma for specs/handoffs only, not UI/UX ownership.
  • Solid typography, layout, grid, and color theory; fluent in print production, dielines, bleeds, and pre-press standards.
  • Proven experience producing corporate kits: brand books, sales decks, datasheets, and event materials at professional quality.
  • Ability to understand and visualize complex technical concepts into simple, impactful designs.
  • Strong time management, feedback handling, and version control across multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Nice to have: Motion design skills in After Effects, Lottie or equivalent for lightweight animations and social video assets. Knowledge of 3D design.
