We are looking for a Production In-Charge to oversee day-to-day operations in our perfume manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate must be responsible, organised, and able to ensure smooth and timely production flow.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities and ensure timelines are met
• Assign production lists and tasks to the team
• Track material consumption and reorder raw materials based on movement
• Maintain production records, stock levels, and batch details
• Coordinate with management for planning and scheduling
• Ensure quality, hygiene, and safety protocols
• Support overall workflow improvements in the factory

Requirements

• Experience in production, manufacturing, or factory operations (perfume/goods preferred)
• Good communication & team coordination skills
• Ability to maintain documentation and follow processes
• Basic computer knowledge

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50, ₹100,000.00 per month
