Job Description:

We are looking for young and dynamic Field Service Engineers to join our Service Team. The role involves providing on-ground technical support to customers, ensuring smooth vehicle operation, resolving breakdowns, and delivering high-quality service experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Attend vehicle breakdowns, diagnose issues, and ensure quick rectification.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance and routine service at customer locations / workshops.
  • Provide technical support to dealers, fleet operators, and service teams.
  • Ensure timely reporting of field failures and escalate to the Technical Team.
  • Train mechanics, drivers, and dealer staff on vehicle operation and maintenance.
  • Maintain service records, customer feedback, and warranty claim documentation.
  • Adhere to company safety standards and customer satisfaction norms.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Candidates from OEM(Any automobile) background are preferred

  • Candidate should be completed Diploma in Any stream

  • Engineering Graduates are not eligible

  • Candidates working in Dealership will not be suitable
