Urgent Required Female HR Recruiter Kalindi kunj location Delhi II
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition: Identify, attract, and select candidates for job openings Like Tele sales , E commerce Executive , Graphic , Customer support majors profiles .
Job Posting and Advertisement: Craft compelling job descriptions and post job ads on various platforms
Resume Screening: Analyze resumes and cover letters to shortlist candidates
Interviews: Conduct phone or video interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit
Negotiation: Discuss salary and benefits with candidates
Onboarding: Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires
Metrics and Reporting: Track recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and cost-per-hire
Essential Skills:
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
Analytical Skills: Evaluate resumes, assess candidate fit, and interpret data
Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple candidates and job openings
Attention to Detail: Carefully review resumes and job descriptions to identify top candidates
Negotiation Skills: Effectively negotiate salary and benefits with candidates ¹ ² ³
Salary - 18k to 22k in hand + Incentive
Location - Main kalindi kunj road , New Delhi
Timing - 9:30AM TO 6:30PM
Job Type - Work from office only
