  • Line Balancing & Cycle time reduction
  • Proven skills in enhancing production process, optimising resource & capacity utilisation, escalating operational efficiencies.
  • Familiar with SAP production Module
  • IATF & VSA documentation & Implementation
  • Good exposure to process documents like WIS, skill matrix , FMEA, Action plan, OEE calculation, Control Plan.
  • Abele to make & maintain Dept. MIS, Production repots. Cost Saving through process improvement.
  • Maintain 5S on Shop floor. Achieve production targets as per plan.
