We're seeking a Front-End Designer who is skilled in HTML, CSS, and responsive design with a keen eye for modern template layouts.

The role involves designing and coding reusable web page templates, landing pages, dashboards, and UI sections that align with current design trends and usability standards.

You'll work closely with designers and backend developers to translate design concepts into pixel-perfect, mobile-friendly templates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Convert Figma / XD designs into clean, responsive HTML/CSS templates.
  • Build reusable layout structures (headers, footers, grids, forms, modals, etc.).
  • Ensure cross-browser and device compatibility.
  • Optimize designs for speed and SEO best practices.
  • Collaborate with design and development teams to maintain consistent UI standards.
  • Implement animations, transitions, and interactions using CSS3.
  • Manage design updates and improvements across multiple templates.

Skills Required

  • Strong hands-on experience in HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and Flex/Grid layouts.
  • Good understanding of responsive and adaptive design.
  • Basic knowledge of JavaScript / jQuery for interactive components.
  • Familiarity with Figma or Adobe XD (to read design specs).
  • Experience in template-based projects (landing pages, admin dashboards, web components).
  • Understanding of cross-browser compatibility and web accessibility.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with Tailwind CSS, SASS/SCSS, or Webflow.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • .6 month exp of hands-on experience in HTML/CSS-based UI implementation.
  • Has created or contributed to template designs or theme-based websites.
  • Eye for design — good spacing, alignment, color balance, and typography.
  • Can build pixel-perfect layouts from Figma or visual references.
  • Comfortable working with designers (UI) and developers (backend).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver responsive templates quickly.

Portfolio Must Include

  • At least 2–3 template samples (webpages, dashboards, or landing pages).
  • Live demo links or GitHub repositories (preferred).
  • Before/after or redesign examples are a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9, ₹10,000.00 per month
