Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Steward & Banquet Captain at our Faridabad location. The Steward & Banquet Captain will oversee and manage food and beverage service, ensuring exceptional customer service standards are met. Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing banquet events, coordinating with the kitchen, and ensuring a seamless dining experience for guests. Additional tasks involve taking inventory, training new staff, and maintaining a clean and organized service area.

Qualifications

• Supervisory Skills and Communication skills
• Experience in Food Service and Food & Beverage management
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in hospitality management are beneficial
