Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors, answer inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate departments or personnel.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, respond to emails, and handle messages.
  • Organize and maintain physical and digital files, create and update documents and spreadsheets, and perform data entry.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages, and coordinate deliveries.
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy, professional, and presentable.
  • Manage office supplies, maintain an inventory of stock, and operate office equipment like photocopiers and printers.
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access through the reception desk.
  • Update calendars and schedule meetings.
  • Perform tasks such as filing, photocopying, and faxing as needed.

Experience: 0-1 years

Qualification: Any Graduate
