  • Lead and develop Fuzia.AI, from concept to launch, ensuring the integration of AI and the latest tools.
  • Build reusable components, APIs, and front-end libraries to optimize for scalability and performance across various web-capable devices and browsers.
  • Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality, efficient code.
  • Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
  • Manage the full development cycle, from front-end to back-end, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
  • Incorporate machine learning and AI capabilities into the platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy new features.
  • Ensure technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize them for performance.
  • Identify and correct bottlenecks, troubleshoot, and fix bugs as necessary.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in full stack development with proven leadership in a technical environment.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, including strong experience with and related workflows.
  • Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., ) and authorization mechanisms like JSON Web Token.
  • Experience with modern front-end build tools (Babel, Webpack, NPM) and code versioning systems (Git/SVN).
  • Backend expertise with languages such as , Python (Django/Flask), Ruby on Rails, and database management (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, SQL/NoSQL).
  • Experience in building and integrating RESTful APIs and working with microservices architecture.
  • Familiarity with server environments and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization tools like Docker or Kubernetes.
  • Strong understanding of security practices, authentication mechanisms, and performance optimization.
  • Experience with scalable backend systems and handling growing user bases.
  • Debugging and testing skills using backend testing frameworks and tools.
Good-to-Have Skills
  • Experience with Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence technologies.
  • Experience in developing community platforms or SaaS products.
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations and best practices.
