As we scale further, we're looking for a highly strategic and hands-on individual to lead our product marketing efforts and drive marketplace growth.

Role Overview

We're looking for an
Amazon Product Marketing & Growth Manager
who can own the way our products are positioned, launched, and optimized on Amazon. You'll be responsible for crafting compelling listings, managing product launches, driving listing performance, and executing backend catalog updates. This role combines strategic thinking, creativity, and operational precision to maximize conversions and revenue.

As we expand into direct-to-consumer website sales, you will also help shape how our products are presented on our site, ensuring consistency in messaging, visuals, and conversion strategy across all channels.

This is a high-impact role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, product-focused environment and wants to own outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop compelling product positioning and messaging for new and existing products
  • Write and optimize Amazon listings (titles, bullets, backend keywords, A+ content)
  • Coordinate with designers to execute visuals (main images, infographics, A+ layout)
  • Own the end-to-end process for launching new products (5+ this year)
  • Analyze listing performance (CVR, TACoS, sessions) and implement improvements
  • Monitor competitor listings, customer feedback, and keyword trends
  • Execute backend listing tasks including variation setup, flat files, and attribute updates
  • Collaborate with PPC agency to align keyword strategy and conversion goals
  • Work with the operations team to ensure product readiness aligns with marketing strategy
  • Support product content strategy for our DTC website and ensure consistency with Amazon listings
  • Identify opportunities for new product development or line extensions based on keyword trends, customer feedback, and market gaps

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Amazon product marketing, brand management, or listing optimization
  • Proven experience launching products and writing high-converting listings
  • Strong understanding of Amazon SEO, keyword research tools, and listing compliance
  • Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, flat file templates, and variation management
  • Ability to interpret performance metrics (CVR, TACoS, organic rank, etc.)
  • Comfortable owning both the strategic and executional sides of marketing
  • Detail-oriented with strong project management skills
  • Self-starter with a bias for action and results

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the PPE or consumer health space
  • Familiarity with Helium10, DataDive, or similar tools
  • Light graphic or content editing skills
  • Experience working with Shopify or other DTC platforms
