• Workday Adaptive Planning Configuration and Maintenance:

Setting up and maintaining the Workday Adaptive Planning environment, including data integration, security settings, and user access.

• Financial Modeling and Forecasting:

Developing and maintaining financial models within the platform, including revenue, expense, and capital planning, as well as conducting dynamic forecasting based on real-time data.

• Report and Dashboard Creation:

Designing and building custom reports and dashboards to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics.

• Collaboration and Communication:

Working closely with finance teams, department heads, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, provide training, and ensure alignment on planning processes.

• Data Analysis and Insights:

Analyzing financial data within Workday Adaptive Planning to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement, and providing insights to support decision-making.

• Best Practices and Innovation:

Staying up-to-date on Workday Adaptive Planning updates, best practices, and new functionalities, and recommending improvements to optimize the planning process.

• Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving:

Identifying and resolving issues related to the Workday Adaptive Planning system and processes.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Workday Adaptive Planning Expertise:

Proven experience in configuring, maintaining, and utilizing Workday Adaptive Planning, including model building, formula creation, dimension management, and data integration.

• Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A):

Strong understanding of financial concepts, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

• Data Analysis and Reporting:

Ability to analyze financial data, create reports, and develop dashboards to visualize key performance indicators.

• Communication and Collaboration:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

• Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues related to the Workday Adaptive Planning system.

• Adaptability:

Ability to adapt to changing business needs and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
