Marketing Executive – Ship Chandelling, Import/Export, Warehousing

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote ship chandelling, import/export, and logistics services.
  • Identify and engage potential clients, including ship owners, managers, port agents, and logistics firms.
  • Manage client relationships and coordinate follow-ups to secure business.
  • Utilize knowledge of import/export processes to support customer inquiries and marketing materials
  • Prepare marketing content including brochures, proposals, and presentations.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to represent the company.
  • Collaborate with sales, operations, and documentation teams to ensure service excellence.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Maritime Studies, Marine Engineering, Shipping Management, Logistics, or a related maritime field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in marketing within ship chandelling, import/export, or logistics industries.
  • Strong knowledge of customs clearance, documentation, and international shipping regulations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to meet sales and marketing targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
  • Preferred:
  • Experience of dealing with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and shipping agents.
  • Knowledge of Incoterms, HS codes, and trade compliance.
  • Familiarity with the maritime supply chain and port operation.

Experience in any of the ports and Gulf Experience is plus
