About The Role
We are looking for a motivated Data Engineer to contribute to the design and development of scalable data frameworks and solutions. The role involves working with big data technologies like Spark, Kafka, and Python/Scala to support data management, analytics, and reporting requirements.

This is a hands-on role where you will work closely with senior engineers to implement high-quality data

pipelines and applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work on data ingestion, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
  • Support the design and development of data pipelines using frameworks such as Spark, Kafka, and AWS services.
  • Write SQL queries and scripts to process, clean, and analyze data.
  • Assist in developing Python-based APIs for data access and automation.
  • Deploy and monitor data applications on AWS Cloud platform.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize data flows for better performance.
  • Collaborate with the team on data warehousing, mining, and analytics projects.

Required Qualifications

  • 1- 3 years of experience in data engineering or big data development.
  • Proficiency in Python (exposure to Java/Scala preferred).
  • Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving skills.
  • Hands-on experience with Spark and knowledge of the Hadoop ecosystem.
  • Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Exposure to Kafka or other messaging systems.
  • Basic knowledge of AWS services such as S3, Glue, or Redshift.
  • Understanding of ETL frameworks and data lake platforms (Hudi, Iceberg, or Delta good to have).
