Job Title: Preschool & Daycare Administrator

Location: Daisy Montessori, Rachenahalli Main Road, Manyata Tech Park Gate #5, Thanisandra, Bangalore

Employment Type: Full-time

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Summary:

Daisy Montessori is looking for a Preschool & Daycare Administrator to manage the daily operations of the school and daycare. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills to ensure a smooth and efficient environment for children, parents, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the preschool and daycare, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for children.
  • Manage admissions, inquiries, and parent communications, maintaining positive relationships with families.
  • Ensure that the school curriculum and daycare activities are implemented effectively.
  • Supervise teachers and caregivers, providing guidance and support when needed.
  • Handle staff scheduling, attendance, and payroll coordination.
  • Maintain student records, health and safety regulations, and compliance with local guidelines.
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and facility maintenance.
  • Address parent concerns and resolve issues professionally.
  • Assist in marketing efforts, events, and community engagement to promote the preschool and daycare.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in preschool/daycare administration or operations management is preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of early childhood education policies and regulations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, record-keeping, and basic accounting.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a dynamic environment.
