Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lucknow for a Territory Sales Manager (TSM). The TSM will be responsible for overseeing and managing sales operations within the designated territory, identifying growth opportunities, driving business development, and ensuring that merchant networks are expanded and supported efficiently. Responsibilities will include planning and executing sales strategies, achieving set targets, managing relationships with merchants, and supervising the performance of the team to enhance the bank's presence in the region.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Sales Management, Territory Operations, and Business Development
• Experience in forming and managing client or merchant relationships
• Strategic Planning, Target Achievement, and Problem-Solving skills
• Good knowledge of banking or financial services is advantageous
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree
