Job Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented

Business Analyst

to support our work on high-impact

government projects across India . The ideal candidate will play a key role in conducting in-depth project analysis, supporting transaction advisory efforts, and collaborating with the

presales team

to draft compelling proposals and Requests for Proposal (RFPs). This role offers an excellent opportunity to work at the intersection of public policy, infrastructure development, and strategic consulting. Key Responsibilities Project Analysis & Research: Conduct detailed analysis of government initiatives, infrastructure projects, and policy frameworks to support strategic decision-making. Business Case Development: Assist in preparing business cases, feasibility reports, and value-for-money assessments for public sector projects. Collaboration with Presales Team: Work closely with the presales and strategy teams to develop tailored proposals, technical responses, and bid documentation. RFP Drafting & Review: Contribute to the drafting, structuring, and editing of RFPs and Expression of Interest (EOI) documents in coordination with senior advisors. Stakeholder Mapping & Engagement Support: Identify key stakeholders, assess their interests and influence, and support engagement strategies for government clients. Data Interpretation & Reporting: Analyze financial, operational, and demographic data to generate insights and actionable recommendations for public sector clients. Market Research & Policy Scan: Monitor trends in government policies, procurement models, and public investment opportunities across sectors such as urban development, energy, and transportation. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's or Master's degree in

Public Policy, Economics, Business Administration, Urban Planning, or related disciplines . 2–5 years of experience

in business analysis, consulting, presales, or public sector advisory. Exposure to

government consulting, infrastructure projects, or transaction advisory

is preferred. Strong understanding of

Indian government procurement practices , PPP models, and policy environment. Excellent skills in

research, documentation, and report writing . Ability to analyze and synthesize large sets of qualitative and quantitative data. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of data visualization tools is a plus. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams under tight deadlines.
