Job Description: Senior CDP – Bakery Position: Senior Chef de Partie – Bakery (Sr. CDP Bakery)Department: Bakery / Pastry Reports to: Sous Chef / Head Baker / Pastry Chef

Role Summary

The Senior CDP – Bakery is responsible for leading bakery production, ensuring all baked goods meet the quality standards of the establishment. This role involves supervising junior staff, managing daily operations, maintaining hygiene standards, and assisting with menu development.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of bakery fundamentals (bread, doughs, laminated doughs, pastries).
  • Ability to handle production volumes without compromising quality.
  • Attention to detail and creativity in product presentation.
  • Leadership, team management, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and HACCP.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma/certificate in Bakery & Pastry Arts or Culinary Arts (preferred).
  • 3–6 years of bakery experience, with at least 1–2 years in a CDP or Senior CDP role.
  • Experience in hotels, premium bakeries, cafés, or pastry production units.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
