Job Title: E-Commerce Manager

Location: Yamunanagar (On-site, Full-time)

Salary: ₹3 – 4 LPA

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled E-Commerce Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Amazon and Shopify platforms, strong inventory management skills, and the ability to lead and train new team members.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee daily e-commerce operations.

Handle inventory management and ensure accurate stock levels.

Provide training and guidance to new candidates in the team.

Oversee customer service operations to ensure smooth resolution of queries and complaints.

Optimize product listings and drive online sales.

Develop strategies to improve performance on Amazon and Shopify.

Must-Have Knowledge:

Profit & Loss analysis and pricing calculations.

Amazon FBA creation & management.

Planning and forecasting for e-commerce growth.

Strong knowledge of e-commerce operations and marketplaces.

Requirements:

Graduate degree (any discipline).

Proven experience with Amazon Seller Central & Shopify is a must.

Good communication and team management skills.

Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time, Office-based (Yamunanagar)

Salary Range: ₹3,00,000 – ₹4,00,000 per annum

Job location : SCO 98, F floor

Working Days : 6 Days ( Sunday Fixed off)
