Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Executive to join our team in Kozhikode district. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our client base within the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and target potential clients who require website and mobile app development services.
  • Client Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Sales: Drive the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring a high conversion rate.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential areas for business growth.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales activities, progress, and market feedback to the management team.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the development team to understand the technical aspects of our services and effectively communicate them to clients.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the IT or digital services sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Knowledge of website development and mobile app development is a plus.
  • Proficiency in local language and familiarity with the Kozhikode district market.
  • A results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving targets.

Remuneration:

  • This is a commission-based position with a starting commission of 10% on each sale. The commission percentage can increase based on performance and sales volume.
