Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our hospitality & travel division. You will be responsible for acquiring new corporate and B2B clients, maintaining strong relationships with travel partners, and ensuring high occupancy and revenue growth for our properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and connect with potential clients including travel agents, corporates, and group booking coordinators.
  • Promote our hotels, packages, and travel services to both new and existing customers.
  • Generate leads through cold calls, walk-ins, networking events, and travel fairs.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve monthly revenue targets.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with B2B partners, online travel agencies (OTAs), and corporate accounts.
  • Track competitor activity, pricing trends, and market opportunities.
  • Coordinate with the reservations and operations team to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Maintain accurate sales reports and client records.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, or Business Management (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in hotel sales, travel agency sales, or hospitality marketing.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with OTAs, channel managers, and corporate contracting.
  • Ability to work independently with a target-driven mindset.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and market visits.
