Job Title: Sales Engineer – South Region (Field Work)

Location: South India (Field-based role)

Job Type: Full-time

Company Overview:

We are growing company in bearing. Seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Engineer to join our team. This role involves extensive fieldwork across the South region and requires strong communication skills, particularly in Tamil.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct field visits to clients across the South region.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Provide technical support and product knowledge to clients.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in technical sales or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Tamil (speaking and understanding) is mandatory.
  • Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the South region.
  • Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in field sales or working with industrial/technical products.
  • Knowledge of other South Indian languages is a plus.
