Role Overview:

We are seeking a talented and motivated
SAP ABAP Developer with expertise in RAP (RESTful ABAP Programming Model)
to join our fast-growing team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing modern SAP applications using RAP on
S/4HANA or SAP BTP
and be ready to contribute from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop applications using RAP (ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model)
  • Create and enhance
    CDS Views
    ,
    Behavior Definitions
    , and
    Metadata Extensions
  • Build and expose
    OData V4 services
    using RAP for Fiori Elements-based UIs
  • Work closely with functional consultants and UI developers to deliver end-to-end business solutions
  • Conduct unit testing, performance tuning, and code reviews
  • Debug and resolve issues in RAP-based developments
  • Ensure adherence to SAP development best practices and guidelines

Required Skills:

  • 4–6 years of SAP ABAP development experience
  • Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience in RAP (ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model)
  • Proficient in:
  • CDS Views
    ,
    AMDP
    ,
    ABAP OO
  • OData V4
    service creation and consumption
  • Fiori Elements
    integration using RAP
  • Experience with S/4HANA or SAP BTP environments
  • Solid understanding of clean core principles and extension approaches in SAP
