Job Description: Hindi / Sanskrit - TGT Teacher

Academic Coordinator / Principal

Roles and Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver engaging Hindi lessons for classes VI to X as per the CBSE curriculum.
• Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with the prescribed syllabus and learning objectives.
• Prepare question papers, assignments, projects, and other assessments in accordance with CBSE evaluation guidelines.
• Foster a positive learning environment to enhance student motivation and participation.
• Assess and monitor students' progress regularly and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain proper records of students' academic performance, attendance, and behavioural development.
• Encourage students to participate in Hindi literary and cultural activities (debates, poetry recitation, drama, etc.).
• Attend staff meetings, training sessions, parent-teacher meetings, and school events.
• Integrate technology and innovative teaching methods in classroom instruction.
• Ensure discipline and adherence to school policies in and outside the classroom.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Hindi or relevant discipline (B.A. Hindi) from a recognized university.
• B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) .
• Strong command over Hindi language (both written and spoken).
• Good knowledge of CBSE curriculum and assessment system.
• Excellent classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to use digital teaching tools (Smart boards, educational software, etc.).

Experience

• Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience as a Hindi teacher at the middle or secondary level in a CBSE school (preferred).
