Role Overview:
The FOLK Residency Admin will oversee the smooth daily functioning of the FOLK Residencies - including facilities, coordination of rent collection, and Entry & Exit formalities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accommodation, Rent details
- Maintain cleanliness, discipline, and smooth functioning
- Maintain resident records and update reports regularly
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Responsible and proactive in handling multiple tasks
- Prior experience in administration or coordination preferred
- Spiritual inclination and willingness to live/work in a devotional environment
