Job Title: DevOps Engineer

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced System Engineer(expertise in Devops and Linux) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Linux administration and experience with CI/CD pipelines. We're looking for someone who has transitioned from a Linux administrator role to a DevOps or SRE role and can leverage their expertise to drive efficiency and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Linux Administration: Manage and maintain Linux-based systems, ensuring high availability, security, and performance.

  2. CI/CD Pipelines: Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or CircleCI.

  3. Automation: Automate repetitive tasks and processes using scripting languages like Bash, Python, or Ansible.

  4. Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and applications.

  5. Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in Linux-based systems and CI/CD pipelines.

Required Skills:

  1. Linux Administration: Strong experience with Linux administration, including system configuration, security, and performance tuning.

  2. CI/CD Pipelines: Experience with CI/CD pipelines, including design, implementation, and management.

  3. Scripting: Proficiency in scripting languages like Bash, Python, or Ansible.

  4. DevOps Tools: Experience with DevOps tools like Docker, Kubernetes, or Prometheus.

Nice to Have:

  1. Cloud Experience: Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

  2. Containerization: Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.

  3. Monitoring and Logging: Experience with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack.

  4. Agile Methodologies: Experience with Agile development methodologies and collaboration tools like Jira or Trello.
