Join our team as an Engineer - Quality, where you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity and performance of our pump systems and components.
This position is responsible for verifying that all incoming materials, in-process assemblies, and final products meet stringent quality standards and customer specifications. You'll collaborate closely with procurement, production, and supplier quality teams to drive continuous improvement and uphold our commitment to excellence.
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with a strong eye for detail, technical inspection experience, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a manufacturing or engineering environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.
Inspect incoming raw materials and components (e.g., castings, seals, bearings) for compliance with technical drawings and specifications.
Conduct in-process and final inspections across machining, painting, assembly, and testing stages.
Validate pump performance parameters including speed, power rating, head, and efficiency through rigorous testing.
Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to implement quick-checking tools and resolve quality issues.
Ensure all documentation, including inspection reports and test certificates, is accurate, complete, and traceable.
Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE) with 3–4 years of experience in quality inspection or assurance within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
Proven experience in driving continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Poka-Yoke, Measurement System Analysis (MSA), and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA).
Working knowledge of welding standards and technical drawings, with the ability to apply them effectively in quality control processes.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for documentation, reporting, and data analysis.
Certified in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) techniques including Ultrasonic Testing (UT), Penetrant Testing (PT), and Visual Testing (VT)
