Job Description

Position: Senior Manufacturing Engineer / Manufacturing Head (Heat Exchangers)

Experience: 11-13 years in Manufacturing

Qualification: BE/BTech in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering

Industry Focus: Heat exchangers (Radiators, Condensers, CAC, Oil Coolers)

Location: Gujarat

Key Requirements:

• Handle complete manufacturing processes for heat exchangers (radiators, condensers, CAC, oil coolers).
• Expertise in fin making, core building, CAB brazing, assembly, leak testing.
• Lead new product development & projects.
• Work on lean manufacturing, time study, takt time, line balancing.
• Manage fixtures, jigs, alloys selection, APQP documents (PFD, PFMEA, Control Plan).
• Ensure compliance with IATF, QMS, EHS, OHSAS audits.
• Focus on continuous improvement, yield improvement, reducing scrap & defects.
• Use SAP for manufacturing efficiency; IoT knowledge is a plus.

Key KPIs:

• Improve productivity (man & machine)
• Achieve OEE & productivity goals.
• Reduce scrap, defects, COPQ, PPM.
• Improve inventory turns & cost control.
• Ensure skill development of team.
