About the Role:

We are seeking a creative and versatile Graphic Designer with strong expertise in CorelDRAW and Adobe Illustrator to join our team on a part-time or freelance basis. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, attention to detail, and the ability to create visually engaging content for print and digital platforms.

This position offers flexible working arrangements — you'll work from our office for key collaboration and production sessions (around 50% of the time), and remotely for the rest.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop high-quality creative assets using CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, and other design tools.

  • Create marketing materials including brochures, flyers, packaging, social media posts, banners, and brand collaterals.

  • Collaborate with the marketing, branding, and production teams to conceptualize and execute visual designs.

  • Prepare and finalize artwork for print and digital output, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

  • Brainstorm new design ideas and keep up with emerging visual trends.

  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing CorelDRAW and Adobe Illustrator work.

  • Proficiency in CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, and familiarity with other Adobe Creative Suite tools (Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).

  • Strong understanding of color theory, layout design, typography, and print production.

  • Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment.

  • Good communication skills, creativity, and attention to detail.

  • Willingness to work from the office approximately 2–3 days per week (50% of the time).

Added Advantages:

  • Experience in using AI-based design tools for creative generation or ideation.

  • Knowledge of social media content creation, motion graphics, or basic video editing.

  • Familiarity with branding and packaging design workflows.

Job Types: Part-time, Freelance

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹5, ₹20,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 20 – 45 per week
