Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a MERN Stack Developer at our office in Indore. The MERN Stack Developer will be responsible for designing and implementing user-facing features using MongoDB, , , and Daily tasks include writing reusable, testable, and efficient code, building scalable and performant applications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products. The developer will also participate in code reviews, troubleshoot and debug applications, and continuously enhance the overall software development process.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in MongoDB, MySql, , , and
  • Strong understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries
  • Knowledge of modern development tools and frameworks (e.g., Webpack, Babel, etc.)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
