Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement export strategies to achieve sales targets in international markets.
  • Identify and establish new overseas business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Manage complete export cycle including order processing, shipment, customs clearance, and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with international trade laws, export-import regulations, and company policies.
  • Coordinate with production, logistics, finance, and external agencies to ensure timely delivery.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements in global markets.
  • Prepare regular reports on export performance and suggest improvement measures.

Key Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in export/import or international sales.
  • Strong knowledge of export documentation, shipping procedures, and customs regulations.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and handle multiple markets simultaneously.

  • Willingness for international travel for client meetings and business development

Preferred candidate profile

Should be conversant with one international language in additional to Tamil and English
