Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

'-Should know the GD&T and 2D drafting for drawing review and release in Team center

  • Should have working experience in UG NX for 3D modelling and experience in CATIA 3DX for layout preparation and release
  • SOR, Technical synthasis, Interface sign off and Technical sign off for Automatic transmission, Hybrid, EV and its shift systems
  • Should know the basic Engg design like machine design, Thermal system, Kinematics and able to work on design calculations
  • DFMEA, Bench and Validation DVP preparation and execution
  • Driveline system concern analysis and resolution report preparation
  • Should have manufacturing and process knowledge of Transmission Aggregates
  • Should be able to do benchmarking, FI target settings
  • Should be able to work with CFT including plant team and close points wrt APQP, MPDS gateway
  • Should Be a team player
  • Kissoft for spline and gear design
