A proactive mindset and a willingness to take on complex challenges.

The Associate Cybersecurity Engineer will:
Take ownership of assigned initiatives—assessing existing solutions, eliciting and refining requirements, and contributing to technical design discussions to promote best-practice architectures.
Design, develop, and implement new capabilities using appropriate technologies and tools, following Scrum/Agile methodologies to meet project milestones and deliverables.
Identify and remediate security vulnerabilities, execute disaster-recovery protocols, and maintain high solution availability in accordance with SLAs.
Apply Generative AI capabilities to:
Automate log analysis and detect anomalies in access events
Generate and optimize system code for performance and security
Create AI-assisted documentation and troubleshooting guides for faster onboarding and support
Enable natural language interfaces for administrative tooling to simplify complex operational tasks
Collaborate with global service teams to capture business needs and ensure alignment with agreed design strategies.
Partner with Platform and Quality Assurance teams throughout the implementation life cycle to enable efficient, timely rollouts.
Coordinate with team leads and international colleagues to keep projects on schedule and achieve defined business objectives.
Remain self-driven and eager to learn the IAM technology stack, adapting quickly to new tools and approaches.
Champion the use of data-science and AI techniques to innovate, automate, and streamline processes, reducing manual effort for end users.
