About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior IT Project Consultant with strong expertise in Full Stack Development and IT Architecture. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end project development, designing scalable IT solutions, and providing strategic technical consulting to clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications using full stack technologies.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects within deadlines.
  • Design and implement robust IT architectures aligned with business goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify system requirements and provide optimal technical solutions.
  • Conduct code reviews, ensure adherence to best practices, and guide junior developers.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance system performance and scalability.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide timely resolutions.
  • Prepare technical documentation, project reports, and architectural diagrams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or IT Architect.
  • Proficiency in front-end and back-end technologies (e.g., React, Angular, , Python, Java, .NET, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of database management (SQL, NoSQL).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and DevOps tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and client-handling abilities.

Compensation & Working Hours:

  • Salary: ₹25,000 per month
  • Working Days: Monday to Friday
  • Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
