Barista

The Barista will manage beverage preparation and service, delivering premium-quality coffees, teas, and specialty drinks with stylish presentation that reflects Fashion TV Café's luxury brand standards.

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffees, teas, smoothies, frappés, and signature drinks.

• Maintain consistency in taste, temperature, presentation, and portioning across all beverages.

• Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, brewers, and other café equipment.

• Engage with guests professionally, ensuring excellent customer service and product knowledge.

• Train and guide junior baristas on beverage preparation, latte art, hygiene, and speed of service.

• Maintain cleanliness of the barista station and ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and FSSAI standards.

• Monitor inventory of coffee beans, syrups, milk, and other beverage supplies; coordinate with vendors when required.

• Suggest new drink ideas, seasonal specials, and collaborate with management for menu updates and promotions.

• 2–4+ years of experience as a Barista in cafés or premium F&B establishments.

• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods, espresso-based beverages, latte art, and café operations.

• Certification in barista skills or coffee training is an advantage.

• Excellent customer service, communication, and teamwork skills.

• Ability to work under pressure with speed, accuracy, and attention to detail.

• Positive attitude and passion for coffee culture.
