Senior Analyst

1. Support in the implementation of the records management policy across Corporate Functions/Services.

2. Engage with stakeholders across multiple Functions to provide guidance and support on Records Management policy and standards, including the identification of Records required for Legal and other Record Holds processes.

3. Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company-specific requirements related to records management.

4. Conduct reviews of existing records management processes and recommend improvements

5. Oversee and support training

6. Communicate records management practices to staff and collaborate with other departments to integrate records management into business processes.

7. Researching and analyzing global laws and regulations related to records management.

8. Coordinates and communicates policy, standards, and best practices related to record life cycle management.

9.Advise and support internal business and digital programs on records management to enable ongoing growth and integration of new business processes and systems.

Skills set required -

- 3 years of relevant experience in Records Management space will be added advantage.

- Ability to communicate effectively.

- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks effectively.

- Risk-based thinking and analytical mindset.

- Ability to build rapport and work closely with stakeholders.
