Job Responsibilities:-

  • Supervise and monitor all finishing works at the site, including plastering, painting, tiling, false ceiling, carpentry, flooring, waterproofing, and external/internal finishes.
  • Ensure finishing work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors for timely completion of work.
  • Conduct quality checks and ensure proper workmanship.
  • Maintain records of daily progress and report to the Project Manager.
  • Monitor site safety, housekeeping, and compliance with company policies.
  • Resolve site issues and ensure smooth execution of finishing activities.
  • Assist in material planning, requisition, and usage tracking

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of civil finishing activities and sequence of execution.
