Post : Legal Associate

Experience : Minimum 1-2 year of Experience is preferred.

Requirements :

· Mandatory

  • Strong litigation skills and courtroom experience

  • Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa enrolment mandatory

  • Thorough understanding of law/proceedings of DRT/NCLT.

  • Knowledge of Recovery Proceedings under SARFAESI/IBC and Banking Laws.

· Additional Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of 138 N.I. Act Matters.

  • Knowledge of Summary Suits/Commercial Suits.

  • Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously

  • Knowledge of corporate law, civil matters, contract disputes, and commercial transactions

  • Proficiency in manging MIS for multiple cases

  • Proficiency in court proceedings and legal protocols

  • Strong communication and analytical skills

  • Ability to work in a dynamic legal environment

· Responsibilities :

  • Appear before NCLT/DRT Courts, Arbitration, etc

  • Reply to Legal Notice, Demand Notice, etc.

  • Maintain MIS for cases and clients.

  • Assist senior legal professionals in case preparations

  • Conduct legal research and analysis

  • Draft legal documents and reports

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹250, ₹325,000.00 per year
