We are expanding our tool room and engineering capabilities and looking for skilled professionals to join our growing team.

Position: Press Tool & Die Casting Engineer

Key Responsibilities

* Design, develop, and modify gravity die-casting dies and press tools.

* Conduct die trials, troubleshooting, and optimization for improved quality and reduced defects.

* Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of dies.

* Coordinate with tool-room machinists for die manufacturing (CNC, VMC, EDM).

* Analyze casting defects and implement corrective actions.

* Prepare and maintain tool history, maintenance logs, and technical documentation.

Requirements

* Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical / Tool & Die / Production Engineering.

* 3–10 years of experience in tool-room, gravity die casting, or press tool engineering.

* Proficiency in CAD/CAM (SolidWorks, UG-NX, AutoCAD).

* Strong knowledge of die steels, heat treatment, machining, and casting processes.

* Hands-on experience in troubleshooting die defects (porosity, misrun, shrinkage, flash).

* Good communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
