JD:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Workday Security Developer to lead the design implementation and management of security configurations within our Workday platform This role is pivotal in ensuring the confidentiality integrity and availability of sensitive HR and financial data by establishing robust security protocols and access controls The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Workday security frameworks and a deep understanding of compliance requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Security Design Configuration Develop and maintain security roles groups and policies across Workday modules including HCM Finance Payroll and Time Tracking
- Access Management Implement and oversee rolebased access controls RBAC ensuring appropriate user provisioning and deprovisioning processes
- Compliance Auditing Conduct regular security audits and access reviews to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations such as SOX HIPAA and GDPR
- Collaboration Work closely with HR Finance and IT teams to align security configurations with business processes and requirements
- Incident Response Monitor security incidents investigate anomalies and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve issues promptly
- Documentation Training Develop comprehensive documentation for security configurations and provide training to stakeholders on security best practices
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field
- Experience Minimum of 5 years of experience in Workday security administration with a focus on designing and managing security roles and policies
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in configuring Workday Security Groups Domain Security Policies and Business Process Security Policies
- Experience with Workday modules such as HCM Finance Payroll and Time Tracking
- Familiarity with compliance standards like SOX HIPAA and GDPR
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Certifications Workday Security certification is preferred
