Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, create, and maintain comprehensive databases of potential clients through targeted market research.
  • Reach out to potential clients via LinkedIn, email, and phone calls to generate new business opportunities through cold outbound lead generation.
  • Write engaging, personalised outreach messages and follow-ups to increase response and conversion rates.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with prospect and pipeline information.
  • Research and segment prospect lists to ensure precise targeting and relevance.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and optimize campaigns.
  • Track campaign performance and report key metrics such as open rates, reply rates, and conversions.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients and nurture warm leads through consistent engagement.
  • Plan and execute regular email marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Manage and deliver the monthly Bitpastel Newsletter to enhance engagement, retention, and audience interaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 13 years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or business development (LinkedIn & email outreach preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience executing successful email marketing campaigns using tools like SendGrid, Mailchimp, etc., with the ability to track and analyse performance metrics.
  • Strong written communication and persuasive writing skills.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, and outreach tools.
  • Ability to research target markets and identify key decision-makers.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently.
  • Good understanding of sales funnels and nurturing strategies.

Good to Have:

  • Knowledge of cold email best practices and deliverability optimisation.
  • Prior experience in international (UK/US) B2B markets.
