Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hotel Management position located in Bankura. The Hotel Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, including managing customer service, budgeting, sales, food and beverage services, and receptionist duties. Responsibilities include ensuring guest satisfaction, maintaining financial records, optimizing revenue, coordinating events, and managing staff.
