Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hotel Management position located in Bankura. The Hotel Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, including managing customer service, budgeting, sales, food and beverage services, and receptionist duties. Responsibilities include ensuring guest satisfaction, maintaining financial records, optimizing revenue, coordinating events, and managing staff. Additionally, the manager will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Strong Customer Service skills
• Experience in Budgeting and financial management
• Proficiency in Sales and revenue optimization techniques
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations and management
• Experience in performing Receptionist Duties
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in hospitality management is preferred
